Lead Engineer

John J. Rice has been RTS's President and Lead Engineer since he founded the company in 2003. Mr. Rice has a degree in Information Technology from State University of New York Empire State campus, and holds several certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, A+, Network+, and others. Prior to the founding of Rice Technology Solutions Mr. Rice was involved in one other start-up, Lexicon Computer Corp. as well as serving as an employee for companies such as Las Vegas Computer and Telergy Corporation.
